The Program on the Global Environment is seeking a full-time Program Administrator to join their team.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of the Program on Global Environment, the Program Administrator manages program operations, communications and development, and supports its instructors. The Program Administrator collaborates with a range of staff, faculty, graduate students and other academic personnel to facilitate the college major and minor, and serves as the program’s first point of contact. The Program Administrator works independently to manage the program’s budget, curricular offerings, administrative operations, student staffing and communications. The Program Administrator also provides operational support for the Program Director’s goals and mission, coordinates a range of activities for students and departmental teaching faculty, and supports program development by cultivating and managing partnerships with groups within and outside the University.

About the Department
The Program on the Global Environment (PGE) fosters undergraduate study of the complex intersections of urbanism, environment, and society through the Environmental and Urban Studies (ENST) undergraduate major and minor, student research programs, internship programs and experiential opportunities. PGE currently hosts approximately 100 undergraduate majors and minors, three graduate student preceptors, a Director, teaching faculty, and affiliated faculty. The program hosts an endowed speaker series and a robust set of co-curricular programs and student opportunities in partnership with other University departments and external organizations.
